DRY CLEAN
All products may be dry cleaned.
HAND WASH
Smaller items may be hand washed with a wool wash (a wool wash that contains lanolin is best). Following wool wash instructions, prepare basin. Submerge the Fat Wool Co item in the water with the wool wash. Press garment down into the water, do not agitate. Let soak, carefully drain water when finished, rinse with clean water, and carefully squeeze out as much water as possible. Roll the item in a dry towel and press out remaining water. Lay item out flat, reshape as necessary, and let dry.
FRONT LOADING MACHINES ONLY
All Fat Wool Co items, including blankets, may be washed only in a front loading machine. NEVER WASH ANY WOOL PRODUCT IN A MACHINE WITH AN AGITATOR! Use a wool wash, (a wool wash that contains lanolin is best). Use the “wool”, “handwash”, or “delicate” setting. Remove item from front loading machine when finished, lay flat, reshape as necessary, and let dry.
